Complimentary Collection
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original order and schedule a pickup with our preferred courier or drop off the parcel at an authorized location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Upon arrival at our atelier, each item undergoes a meticulous quality check before your refund is processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
